Amy Aston
BSW (Honours)SWRB, ANZASW
Amy has extensive experience working in the health and rehabilitation sectors both in New Zealand and Australia. She works with young people, adults and couples to explore challenging thoughts and feelings, set achievable goals and develop strategies and tools to sustain quality of life.Amy has a gentle approach to therapy, she provides a safe and comfortable space to share your personal challenges without judgement and has an appreciation of the privilege to be trusted to help when you are feeling most vulnerable. Amy utilises a range of modalities through her therapy including narrative therapy, person centred therapy, CBT, ACT, strengths-based therapy, solution focused therapy and safety planning/risk management. Amy is flexible with offering face to face, telephone and virtual therapy session.
Amy also provides professional supervision.

Michele Brooker

Michele brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families covering youth and family work, rehabilitation, parenting, relationships, trauma and adjustment to life changes. Michele takes a empathetic, client-centred approach to therapy, offering a safe and supportive space for clients to explore what's keeping them stuck, their life histories, trauma and challenges. Michele works with clients to develop meaningful therapy goals with a focus on reconnecting to core values and self-regulation skills. Michele includes a range of therapeutic approaches including self-compassion, ACT, CBT, narrative therapy and strengths based therapy. Michele is able to see clients in-person, via phone or virtually.
